Refund & Exchange Policy

Cotton Lab Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You have the right to return the product and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Conditions: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, washing, or perfume will not be accepted.
  • Refund Process: Contact our team via WhatsApp or Email. A courier will be sent to pick up the item within 2-4 business days.
  • Receiving Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are transferred via (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Bank Transfer).
  • Shipping Fees:
    • If the return/exchange is due to a change of mind or wrong size selected by the customer, the customer bears the shipping costs.
    • If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, Cotton Lab covers 100% of the shipping costs.
