1. Can I inspect the package before paying? Absolutely! We are so confident in our quality that we allow you to open the package and inspect the product with the courier before making any payment. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can simply refuse the order and only pay the shipping fees.

2. Are the t-shirts made of 100% cotton? Yes, we use 100% Heavyweight Cotton. This ensures the t-shirt is completely opaque (not see-through) and maintains its structured oversized fit without shrinking or sagging after washes.

3. How long does shipping take? Delivery to Cairo and Giza takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery to all other governorates takes 3 to 5 business days.

4. What if the size doesn't fit me? Don't worry! You can easily request a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Just contact us, and our courier will handle the exchange at your doorstep.
